This Zinfandel was crafted from grapes holistically grown in our vineyard in the hills below Mt Diablo in Danville, CA. Fresh plum, black pepper, bay leaf, and licorice comprise the bouquet. The harmony of red fruits with silky tannins allow the wine to be easily paired with food or enjoyed on its own. This wine was berrel aged in Hungarian Oak barrels for two years to enhance the flavor and create a truly great tasting product. This Zinfandel recently received a 94 rating from the independent tasting panel at VinFormant. - 100 cases produced
